Gap of Dunloe is a public mountain pass with 24-hour pedestrian access. No formal admission or closing times. The narrow road is restricted to pedestrians, cyclists, and jaunting cars between approximately 09:00-18:00; early morning or evening access by private vehicles is possible. Tours operate seasonally (March-October primarily).
