Narrow Water Keep is a sixteenth-century tower house and enclosed courtyard beside the Newry River near Warrenpoint. Its waterside position reflects its defensive role. This state-care monument is distinct from the later private Narrow Water Castle estate. Check current public access arrangements, and accompany children throughout a visit.
