The Pineapple Dam area provides a wooded introduction to Shing Mun Country Park. A family can follow the nature-trail signs, look closely at the trees and enjoy the reservoir setting without committing to a full reservoir circuit.
The map pin marks the kiosk and water-filling station at the nature-trail starting area. Choose an out-and-back distance that suits your family and keep food packed away around wild animals.
