These terms cover kidsplorers.com, the Kidsplorers apps and connected AI assistants (together, “Kidsplorers”). Kidsplorers is run by Sky No Limit in the United Kingdom. By using Kidsplorers you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
- Accounts are for adults. Keep your sign-in details safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can stop using Kidsplorers at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Places and events information
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but opening hours, prices, age suitability and event details change. Some of it comes from venues’ and other websites. Always check with the venue before you travel, and use your own judgement about whether a place suits your family. Suggestions, including weather-based ones, are ideas, not guarantees.
What you share
When you post reviews or photos, or suggest places, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to show them on Kidsplorers and to edit them for length or clarity. Only share what you have the right to share. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading or unkind, or anything identifying other people’s children.
Connected AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant (such as ChatGPT or Claude), it acts for you within the access you approved. Things it adds to or changes in your account are treated as your own changes. The assistant is provided by its own company under its own terms, and its replies are its own. Check anything important on Kidsplorers itself. You can disconnect an assistant at any time on Connected apps.
Fair use
Please don’t copy our listings in bulk, scrape Kidsplorers, try to break or overload it, or get around its limits.
Our responsibility to you
Kidsplorers is free, and we provide it as it is. We’re not responsible for venues or events, or for losses from relying on information that turns out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
